Pursuant to SEBI Circular Ref. SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-POD-3/P/CIR/2024/1 dated January 05, 2024 on the Framework for Short Selling, all stock brokers are required to collect scrip-wise short sell details from clients and report the same to the Stock Exchanges within the prescribed timelines.
Accordingly, all clients are requested to:-
1. Please send an email to compliance@psplonline.com with the subject line: “Short Sell – Trade Date____ ”, mentioning the details of the short sell trades.
2. The email should be sent on the same trading day, on or before 4:30 PM, to enable timely regulatory reporting.
